Award-Winning Curriculum
The Elite Program curriculum is the distillation of many year’s worth of experience in coaching Parliamentary Debate at the highest level.
Created by the LearningLeaders Elite team with World, European and Asian championship titles as both debaters and coaches, the curriculum is designed to equip our students with the hands-on skills that they need to succeed in competitive debating.
We are confident that this represents the most comprehensive elite-level Parliamentary debating program in the world.

Elite+ Training Sessions
All students in our Elite program are encouraged to attend regular supplementary Open House sessions included in their Elite program tuition.
These weekly sessions, 10 times during each Season, offer the chance for additional debate practice, skills training, current events discussions, and deeper dives into the month’s debate theme.

Student Coach Conferences
We offer every student in the program the opportunity to schedule a personal one-on-one Student-Coach Conference with their coach during each Season to discuss their goals, challenges and aspirations for debate and beyond.

Visiting Expert Coaches
In addition to our roster of experienced Competitive coaches, students in our Elite program will have the opportunity to learn from specially invited Visiting Coaches.
Past Visiting Coaches have included educators from a range of countries, graduates of Cornell and Harvard Law School, and National and World Champions in debate.

Convenient Monthly Memberships
Life is hard to plan. At LearningLeaders, we wish to give every student and family the flexibility to join programs when it is most convenient for them.
Students are able to join LL courses at the beginning of any month and can pause their learning at any time, provided 30-days advance notice is given.
Able to join for only 10 months a year? Great! 8 months? Fantastic. It's completely up to your schedule, provided there are open seats available. -
Elite Reading Program
Our Coaches are voracious readers and provide a curated selection of the best articles and books for our students to explore, as well as vacation reading lists to keep them occupied outside of school time.
In addition, every student in the Elite program has access to our collection of original topic guides and supplementary materials, housed on the LL Learning Platform, which is updated regularly throughout the semester.
